After receiving notice from most post-secondary institutions that our fall semester will have a combination of online learning and in-person instruction, a group of FFCA alumni and I have decided to create a platform of resources that will alleviate some of that stress. As these post-secondary students have the experience of University online learning, we have utilized their knowledge and experience to answer all the questions Grade 12 students at FFCA have moving into this virtual learning experience.

The “How to tackle online University” series has a total of THREE detailed episodes, including a video representation of the common platforms used!! The alumni have been working so hard to answer all your questions and provide a visual representation of the virtual platforms used in online University. These post secondary students provided their best responses to all major-based questions, and answered any general questions the Seniors had. I have provided a list of the alumni who took the time to help and support us, so please take a moment to reach out to them and give them a HUGE thank you!

All of the episodes are compiled in a GOOGLE DRIVE folder called “How to tackle online University”, that is accessible to you all. Below is the title of each episode- what you will see in the drive- along with the link to the GOOGLE DRIVE.

I hope that everyone finds this information useful and utilizes these resources and responses moving into post secondary! It’s going to be a huge change, but with this information and exemplary support, I hope that you all feel less stressed and more prepared! I wish you all the best of luck moving forward.
