Calendar Changes

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and our shift to at-home learning, the following changes will be made to the school calendars for the remainder of the current school year:

  1. April 24 - Elementary and Middle Campus Learning Conferences will be cancelled. Teachers will remain available to remotely support student learning on this date.

  2. April 30 - High School Learning Conferences will be cancelled. Teachers will remain available to remotely support student learning on this date.

  3. May 15 - High School will add an Organizational Day for collaborative planning and assessment work related to the At-Home learning initiative. This was already an Organizational Day for the Elementary and Middle Campuses.  Teachers will not be accessible to students on this day.

  4. June 5 – FFCA-wide Organizational Day will be added to organize 2020-21 classes.  Teachers will not be accessible to students on this day.

  5. June 25 – High School Last Day of School / Report Cards.  Changed to coincide with the Last Day of School / Report Cards for Elementary and Middle Campuses given that there are no longer diploma exams.

  6. June 26 – High School Organizational Day. Changed to coincide with the Organizational Day for Elementary and Middle Campuses given that there are no longer diploma exams.

We believe these changes will better align with the needs of staff and families during this unique situation and thank you all for your flexibility and understanding.
