2025-26 Board Approved Fee Structure:
The Education Act allows for certain fees to be collected for instructional supplies and materials provided for the student's personal use or consumption.
Annual Resource Fee per student:
- Kindergarten: $115.00
- Grades 1 to 6: $145.00
- Grades 7 to 12: $150.00
- Subsidy Fee: $50.00 (must submit application and be approved for subsidy)
Annual Transportation Fee per student:
FFCA has eliminated the one-way transportation fee for grades 1 through 12. All one-way and two-way riders will pay the annual fee of $1065.00. Since Kindergarten is a half-day program with no midday transportation option, their fee will remain unchanged. Additionally, we have reduced the payment options from three to two. Parents are welcome to pay the full fee up front, but can take advantage of the two-pay option instead. The first payment (deposit) is due upon registration and the second payment is due on November 1.
- Kindergarten bus fee: $535.00 (no midday ride)
- Annual bus fee: $1065.00
- Campus shuttle fee: $265 (one-way) / $530 (two-way)
- Subsidized bus Fee: $425.00 (must submit application and be approved for subsidy)
The transportation fees are non-refundable after January 31st due to service levels FFCA has contracted with the bus companies.
Textbook Deposit:
$125.00/student in grades 5 to 12.
At the end of each semester or school year, students are required to return school property by the deadline and will be charged for un-returned or damaged property. When a student leaves FFCA, the deposit is refunded if all FFCA-owned property under the student's responsibility is returned to the campus prior to the deadline.
**Returning and leaving students please note: no refund will be provided if materials are returned after the deadline because they will have been replaced at a cost to the campus in order to accommodate the upcoming courses.
Other Fees:
There is a $50.00 processing fee withheld for each withdrawal to cover credit card fees charged to us for the payment and subsequent refund of fees.
All campuses have activity, field trip, uniform, and miscellaneous fees depending on your student's grade. Optionally, there will be club, extra-curricular, and miscellaneous fees charged depending on what your student joins/signs-up for.
The middle and high schools have additional fees for:
- Electives
- AP Exams (HS only)
- Physical Education (course and PE active wear)
